Join us for a moment of nostalgia as we look back at our first ever video game marathon that pre-dates the formation of “The Game Runners”. During this marathon we invited many friends to join us in the hope of beating all the games and good fun. Unfortunately a very large group didn’t work to well because it caused lots of distractions, this and our love of video games was our inspiration for forming our four man team which we dubbed “The Game Runners”.

Can we survive the horror of Resident Evil and beat them all within a 24 hour period? Watch and find out!

Hey Everyone

We set out to beat Metal Gear Solid 1-3 within a 24 hour period and we did just that… and then some.

In addition to beating Metal Gear Solid 1-3 we also beat “Metal Gear” for the MSX and got three quarters of the way through “Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake”. It was a fantastic experience

We would like to thank all our fantastic fans who stuck with us through out the show, having you guys there rallying behind us gives us the energy to keep playings when sleep begins to beckon. Your support means more to us then we could ever explain. Thanks you so Very Much.

I would like to encourage everyone to join the forums and provide suggestions for what games you’d like to see us do a marathon of next or just join in on our open discussions.

In about two weeks we should have the footage we recorded from this marathon edited and available for watching on our YouTube account.

Our next Marathon will be in april, we have a friends wedding on the 12th so I would guess one of the weekends after that. At this point we don’t have an exact date but check back at the site in a week or two and we should have the date posted.
